3. In order to perform duties of security personnel, they are ready in terms of materials, equipment, tools, barriers, panels, traffic signs, and other necessary tools and standard quality in accordance with the quantity stipulated in the employment contract and able to perform their duties efficiently.
4. In order to provide service within the responsible area for the recipients to be satisfied in receiving excellent service as well as facilitating the coordination of public relations for various tasks.
5. In order for employees to be alert of fire and other natural disasters, including theft of property for the employer with special inspections during the holidays as well as supporting and promoting energy conservation by inspecting the orderliness of various electrical and plumbing equipment to ensure their normal operation at all times.
