Surface Cleaning Procedure
• Wormy area will require staff to keep garbage clean at all times. If a stain occurs we use Keeen cleaning solution mixed with water, we rinse the area thoroughly then wipe the area to dry.
• Granite slab will require staff to sweep the garbage and dust clean. Then use a cloth to mop the floor with water mixed with Keeen cleaning solution. Wipe and rub all over the area. (Water and Keeen cleaning solution will get the stains removed immediately) when the floor is completely dry, we will use a dust remover spray to onto the dust mop and rub it in the same direction to all over the area. It will make the floor bright and shiny.
• Synthetic stone floor will require staff to sweep the garbage and dust clean. Then use a cloth to mop the floor with water mixed with Keene cleaning solution. Wipe and rub all over the area. (Water and Keeen cleaning solution will get the stains removed immediately)
• Ceramic tile floor will require staff to sweep the garbage and dust clean. Then use a cloth to mop the floor with water mixed with Keene cleaning solution. Wipe and rub all over the area. (Water and Keeen cleaning solution will get the stains removed immediately)
• Wooden surface will require staff to sweep the garbage and dust clean. Then use a cloth to mop the floor with water mixed with Keeee cleaning solution. Wipe and rub all over the area. (Water and Keeen cleaning solution will get the stains removed immediately) when the floor is completely dry, we will use a dust remover spray to onto the dust mop and rub it in the same direction to all over the area. • Flat area with concrete floor will require staff to clean up the trash with a soft broom then use the coconut broom afterwards to sweep the grooves on the floor. Then spray water mixed with Keeen cleaning solution. Then wash and rinse with a pressure washer or hot water sprayer around the surfaces.
• Terrazzo flat floor will require staff to use a battery powered self-driving floor scrubber with Keeen cleaning solution and scrub the floor with a soft brush attached to the machine. It will suck the liquid stain back and keep the water in the machine to keep the floor clean and shiny
Cleaning With special equipment
